Whether in your travels or at birth you became blind and through either honing your senses or through magical means you have gained the senses blindsight (distance of 60ft) and truesight (distance of 5ft). You also have advantage on (wisdom) perception checks that rely on hearing, but have disadvantage on perception checks that rely on sight.
The character must have lived in darkness or become blind very young dure to a wound or illness.
