Prerequisite : At least 1 spell requiring a spellslot with either : thunder, lightning, fire, cold, poison, necrotic damage.
You can choose any of 1 of these types of spells and switch these spells permanently to another type of damage. (You can choose to turn any fire damage into cold damage, but all the rest remains)
This does not apply to cantrips or spells where you can choose a specific damage type.
And can not be changed, if you choose a type that changes any other spell received, exception of cantrips or spells where you can already choose the type, all spells known and learned from there after will have this spell damage type.
Resistance and immunities are applied to the new type, but any added effects are kept as per the original spell.
Ex. Thunderwave will still push the targets away.
