A knowledge of the marketplace allows you to hunt for better deals than most people.

As an action while buying an item you can attempt to haggle. If you do, make a Charisma [Persuasian] check against an appropriate DC. On a success, lower the price of the item/items by 25%, or 35% if the check succeeds by 5 or more. On a failure the price stays the same.
