Drinking a potion that gives you a split-personality has the following effects:

• Increase your Constitution score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
• You regain hit points equal to your proficiency bonus at the start of each turn, while under half your hit-point maximum and above 0 hit-points
• You have a separate personality during initiative and outside of initiative.
