Prerequisite: Dexterity 13 or higher
When you fall prone, as a bonus action, you can perform a kip-up by swinging your legs and flipping to stand on your feet again. Unlike standing up normally, a kip-up does not require any of your movement speed to perform. You must be proficient in heavy armor to perform a kip-up while wearing it. Also, when falling from a height that would damage you, you roll to your feet when you hit the ground. After any d6 bludgeoning damage is rolled for the fall, you only take half of it and do not land prone.
