Prerequisite: Charisma 13 or higher. Must have successfully have trained military members, previously. Militia, army, etc.
A drill sergeant is one who is viewed as a stern, rough, and demanding individual. You earn this feat by having trained any type of military members successfully during a quest. Your DM would determine if you are successful in teaching the way of war.
