Artful Technique

You gain proficiency with scimitars and rapiers, and learn to use the flourishes used by bards of the college of swords.

You gain 2 bardic inspiration dice (if you don't already have bardic inspiration dice,  They are d6). These dice are used to fuel your flourishes, but cannot be given to other creatures. They are expended when used for a flourish, and regained only when you finish a short or long rest.
