Prerequisite: STR, CON, DEX All 14+, Athletics 14+, Acrobatics 14+
 

You are essentially a daredevil, thrill-seeking nutcase!. You have also undergone extensive physical training and abuse, consequently you gain the following benefits:

  • Increase your Strength, Constitution or Dexterity score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
  • You can lift, jump climb, swim, run, hit, just a bit further, higher, harder, longer, faster than just about anyone else. In a contest (that involves a bet) with persons of your own race, you are victorious on a roll of 5+. With others of different races to yourself, you will prevail in a contest on a 9+ (D20).
  • You are always living on the edge, if a saving throw or another D20 (other than your own), would kill you, you can roll a D6. On a 1 you die, on 2-3, you are seriously wounded, roll on the following table. However, if you roll on a 4-6 you miraculously survive with 50% of the hit points you had prior to this roll. Anyone who witnesses this will never forget what they have seen. This aspect of the feat can be used a number of times per day, equal to your proficiency modifier.

Lose part of an extremity (fingertip, thumb, earlobe). Could be worse.

Broken collarbone or arm. Disadvantage on all STR, DEX and CON tests until medical attention is received. Full recovery takes d4+4 weeks!🦴

Serious permanent injury. One ability score (roll d6) is reduced by 1

Lose and eye or limb. DEX permanently reduced by 2

Severe facial scars or disfigurement. CHA permanently reduced by 2🤕

Massive head wound. Brain matter is exposed. INT or WIS permanently reduced by 2 each🥴

8-9

Bleeding out. Make a DC11 saving throw every round (until help arrives). If you fail, you die. Another character may attempt to stabilise you by staunching your wounds (DC11) but you need immediate medical attention or magical healing.💦💀

6-7

You succumbed to your injuries. No medical or magical healing can save you, but you can make a dramatic death speech.☠

1-5

Disintegrated, immolated, masticated, impaled or beheaded. Death is instantaneous

*Special could be gaining a new insight or being saved by the favour of a deity (or fiend). Discuss with your DM.
