The blood of the Kertsgii clan runs through your veins. You remain conscious and can continue fighting even if your hit point total is below 0. You lose 1 hit point each round and immediately gain two exhaustion. You go down when your hit point total reaches a negative amount equal to your CON score and gain 2 negative death saving throws. If you survive roll a CON save, if lower than 20 another level of exhaustion is acquired.
