you have practiced fighting like a living whirlwind, striking many foes at once. when you make a melee attack on your turn, you may impose a minus 5 penalty to hit. when you do this, you may make an additional melee attack as part of the same action, with a disadvantage on the attack roll. additionally, when you do this, you gain a plus 10 bonus to your walking speed, and do not provoke opportunity attacks for the turn. you cannot do this more than one time in a turn.
