Your intense Hellrider training has made you adept at using longswords. You gain the following abilities when wielding a longsword:
- Half-swording - When you take the Attack action, you can use a bonus action to make a melee attack by gripping the central part of the sword blade with your off-hand and execute a forceful thrust. The weapon's damage die for this attack is a d4, and it deals piercing damage.
- Parry and counter - You can use your reaction to add +3 to your AC against melee or ranged attacks that would hit you. If the attack misses, you can make a melee attack against the attacker if it is within your reach.
- Longswords take on the Heavy property instead of the Versatile property, and can only be wielded with both hands.
