When you are utilizing a weapon that you are proficient with, you may take the following actions in combat:

Shield Bash

You roll to attack and add your proficiency bonus and STR modifier. If it hits you perform one of the following actions. (1) you shove a medium or smaller creature to the ground and they are prone. (2) the creature must roll a STR saving throw equal to your STR or be knocked off balance giving any other attackers advantage until the start of your next turn. (3) the creature must roll a STR saving throw equal to your STR or be pushed back 10 feet (2 squares). This invokes attacks of opportunity for nearby allies.

Disarm

Instead of dealing damage, you can choose to try and disarm a creature that is your size or smaller. To do so you roll a normal attack against their roll of a STR or DEX saving throw. If you succeed, they are disarmed and must use their next action to pick up their weapon. If the creature is holding their weapon with both hands they gain advantage.

Targeted Attack

You can aim for a specific spot on the creature of your choice with a ranged or melee attack (such as the eyes). To do so you take a -3 to your attack roll, but if the attack hits the creature suffers a situational effect based on where you aimed your attack.

Feint

You may use one of your attacks per turn to feint an attack at your enemy. You roll the attack normally, if it would hit, instead of dealing damage, the creature must roll a DEX save against your attack roll or take a -2 ac until the start of your next turn since their guard has been let down.

Goading Attack

When you hit a creature with a weapon attack, you can use your bonus action to goad the target into attacking you on its next turn. The creature must make a WIS saving throw against your WIS or CHA or be goaded into attacking you next turn.

Sweeping Attack

When you make an attack against a creature and there are more creatures within 5 feet of you, you may use your bonus action to continue the attack in a sweeping motion. Your attack roll is considered against all creatures’ AC, and your attack does half damage to any creature hit.
