You have become more resilient to survive in harsh environments. You gain the following benefits:

• Increase your Constitution or Wisdom score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
• You gain proficiency in the Survival skill. If you’re already proficient in it, your proficiency bonus is doubled for any check you make with it.
• You have advantage on saving throws against poison and disease, and you have resistance against poison damage
• Your scales harden; you gain a +1 bonus to AC.
