Chosen of Ishaldra

As Ishaldra choose you as one of her Champion Wardens you can summon the natures energy to gain the the Phoenix Warden Shape for a short period of time.

As an Action you can summon the Warden Shape on yourself gaining the following benefits for 1 minute or until you fall unconscious:

Damage Resistances: cold, lightning, poison
Damage Immunities: fire, bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing from nonmagical attacks

Magic Resistance. 
Advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects. 

Regeneration 
At the start of your turn you regain 10HP if your current HP. Unless you receive Necrotic damage since your last turn.

Phoenix Warden's Restoration 
While you are in the Phoenix Warden shape, Your body parts missing are restores magically with fire limbs and parts. and Your Strength and Dexterity and Constitution become 20 for the duration.

When the Phoenix Warden Effect finish. You and ( all objects you are wearing/carrying) become ashes for 1 round. After that, you reappear magically from the ashes with half of your HP.

You can use this action as your Char Mod times per extended rest.
