After Years of Practice and use in many battles you've gained the expertise of how to use Heavy to the best of its abilities and learned how to negate its disadvantages.
While you are wearing heavy armor, you gain a +1 bonus to AC and no longer have disadvantage of on any checks that were negatively imparted by wearing heavy armor i.e.. (stealth, acrobatics, swimming, climbing, Athletics etc.).
This Feat may be taken a total of two times, for a net gain of +2 to your AC
