Insalubrious Fighting

When you fight a creature and you see them get healed or see a character within melee range heal a creature, it infuriates you. 

• When a creature either heals themselves or another creature within melee range you can use your reaction to make one Melee attack on said creature
• If you hit a reactionary attack on the creature that healed themselves or another creature, for one round they sufferer from mass bleeding. Whenever they are healed during this round they must subtract 1d4 hit points from the healing.
