All allies within range of a Kalashtar's telepathy may also communicate telepathically with each other, either 'publicly' meaning all members of the Mindlink may hear, or 'privately' only speaking with specific members of the Mindlink. This communication does not have to include the Kalashtar who is the nexus of the link. The Kalashtar may remove a person from the link at any time with no action.
