This reality altering ability halts and freezes any Ability(ies), Feat(s), Boon(s), Legendary ability(ies), or Legendary Resistance(s) that in the immediate area of 5,000 ft. when you decide to utilize this ability, which in and of itself cannot be ignored, stricken or disavowed by ANY creature, being, concept, idea, Demi-being, god, devil/demon; whether real, or imaginary. This plane altering ability isn’t limited to just enemies, but ally alike and even other similar abilities will not pause it’s functionality until you deem it so or death ensues, to which even its lingering hold will be in effect for 7 days should you expire. (Mind control/charm/time altering/Devine intervention attempts to stop you from using this have no effect, either...The negation is yours, and yours alone to manipulate, through every reality or time line.)

This effect isn’t perceivable outside of its scope either; the fact that it does what it does and how it’s affect can even go unnoticed and undetected is beyond utter comprehension. One would have had to been enveloped by it to even know something had happened, but by then, it’s already too late. It would appear to have no means to stop it save for its users will or end (with the curious caveat of just range).

You’re not sure how you acquired this and even less certain as to where the power comes from...you just wish it, and it happens. 

When you use this ability, the very strings of creation and destruction bow and allow for your will to supersede the natural or unnatural order of things as it is understood, even the realms of chaos seem wholly incapable of stopping its force.
