Prerequisite: Must have a strength of 13

You have learned alternate ways to get your target into the Prone position from the Grapple. You must only be grappling one target to use these moves

Seoi Nage: As an action on your turn, make a contested Strength roll against one target you are currently grappling. If your target is a size larger than you, make this roll with disadvantage.  Targets AC is reduced by one. Target also ends up prone.

Kosoto Gake: As an action on your turn, make a contested check, with you rolling Strength (athletics) and your target rolling Dexterity (acrobatics). The target takes one d6 of bludgeoning damage and ends up prone.

If you fail any of these contests the target can use a reaction to break your grapple or take an attack with advantage.
