The Scourge

You are afflicted with the Scourge. In another world, or perhaps simply another town, this would be a great gift, but here, it is a sickness. 

• Increase your Constitution score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
• You learn the Sacred Flame cantrip. Your spellcasting stat for this spell is Constitution.
• Radiant Consumption: Once per long rest as an action, you can release the overabundance of radiant energy stored in your body. For one minute (unless ended early as a bonus action), you shed bright light in a 10-ft. radius and dim light in a 20-ft. radius. Within 10 feet of you, no creature can benefit from invisibility. Once per turn on an attack or spell, you can deal radiant damage equal to your level to one target. At the end of your turns, you and all creatures within 10 feet of you take radiant damage equal to half your level, rounded up. Creatures within this range that are also afflicted with the Scourge are unaffected, but can still be dealt the extra radiant damage added to an attack or spell. After this effect ends, you can remove one level of exhaustion or remove an effect on yourself that can be removed by Lesser Restoration.
• When you use a spell of first level or higher that deals radiant damage, make a Constitution saving throw, the DC of which is equal to 10 + the level of the spell cast. On a failure, your Radiant Consumption feature automatically activates.
• When you drop to 0 hit points, if you have not used your Radiant Consumption, you can choose to release a burst of radiance. Every creature within 5 feet of you must make a Constitution saving throw, taking 2d10 radiant damage on a failure and half as much on a success. Other creatures afflicted by the Scourge are not immune to this effect.
• Once per long rest as an action, you can touch another creature and restore hit points equal to your level.
• If, in between long rests, you do not use any of the above features, you must make a DC 10 Constitution saving throw. On a failure, at the end of your long rest, you take one level of exhaustion.
