Prerequisite: The Spellcasting or Pact Magic feature from at least one of your classes. Intelligence of 13 or higher. Another spellcasting ability of 14 or higher as described in the feat's details
Through intense study, and quite a bit of trial and error, you've managed to discover a means of duplicating a few spells which have their roots in alternative spellcasting origins. You gain the following benefits:
- Increase your Intelligence score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
- Choose one cantrip and one 1st level spell from any class' base spell list. They do not have to be the same spell list. These spells are always prepared for you and do not count against your number of prepared spells. You use your own class' spellcasting modifier to determine attack rolls, and save DC's. To cast the chosen spells, you must consume resources and spell slots as normal.
For added flavor, it is recommended to re-flavor the visual descriptions of the spells. For example, if you are a Wizard with a Wisdom of 14 or higher, and you choose the Entangle spell. You can replace the grasping weeds and vines with tendrils of bluish arcane energy.
To select a spell from a class' base spell list, you must have at least a 14 or higher in that class' spellcasting ability score. If a spell belongs to multiple class' spell lists, you only need to meet the requirement for one of them.

This is essentially a better version of Magic Initiate. You take 1 less cantrip, but get half an ASI, which is a broken tradeoff for most characters, even if it is just limited to INT. Additionally, on top of the half-ASI, you get to choose whatever spell you'd like and have the casting modifier be whatever you want.
Also, you do not have to specify that a player should flavor their spells to their character. This is not a mechanical attribute to the feature and is redundant to explain in the feat's text.
I wouldn't allow this at my table, it's too rewarding for a specific character type.
Agreed, this is one of my earlier works. I was disappointed a bit by the limitations of Magic Initiate, and went a bit too far in the other direction.
