You have the ability to understand and read blood. When rolling a Intelligent (Medicine) check, you can analyze what happened to the victim and gain a larger picture what has transpired. 

• You analyze the blood patterns around the victim and get a grasp of what has transpired. You see angles and what motion the victim was hit from. Locating the position and with that calculate the body type, length and sometimes weight of the perpetrator.
• You analyze the blood pattern and it results what type of weapon and the approximate empathy the perpetrator had.
