Prerequisite: you have to have been to a different plane.
Once per dawn you can stop time for 5 mins or if in combat for one turn. For this turn you have 3 actions but only 1 reaction. If you attack you have to use a 2 action to do so. Talk to the DM to see if ur other ability still take effect.

Posted Feb 27, 2021Does this seem busted to you? I mean, a single turn is 6 seconds, so only taking 3 actions in 5 minutes seems a bit wrong, even though the amount of stuff you could do is overpowered.
