Prerequisite: Changeling
By the mutable capabilities of your race, you've gained some of the telepathic abilities of your sister race, the Doppelgangers. You even surpass them in some ways.
This feat allows you to cast Detect Thoughts at will, without needing a material component. Detect Thoughts, when cast through this feat, can neither probe deeper into a targetted creature's mind, nor detect the presence of thinking creatures you can't see. You can also cast each of the following spells once with this ability: Command, Hold Person, and Tongues(Self only). You regain the ability to cast these spells when you finish a long rest.
Charisma is your spellcasting ability for these spells, and you cast them at their lowest possible levels.
