DISCLAIMER:This feat is much better suited to the entirely new magic system I'm playing with in my own dnd campaign but I've added the effect it has on the vanilla game at the bottom just for you online people browsing feats on the interwebs
My campaign effect: Maybe you were born a magical savant or perhaps through hard and vigourus training you've gained an intricate sense on how to manipulate and control the mana from within you (Magic user) or around you (Siphoner). Because of this you seem to have a knack for increasing your elemental affinity level with your own affiliated elements or have discovered that you had an elemental affinity you didn't know about as it had awakened from being strengthened.
Vanilla effect: This feat allows the owner to use magic without verbal or material components and instead casts the spells by imagining the process of the spell forming and the outcome of it being cast. This also vastly cuts down the amount of time for ritual spells to be cast (the amount it's cut down by should be determined by your DM)
