• In addition to being a Kobold, you also count as a dragon for the purpose of prerequisites, spell effects, access to racial feats, etc.

Each creature in that area must make a Dexterity saving throw vs your Dexterity-based attack role, taking [d10 * level] damage of your breath type on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. If your alignment type changes later, your breath type does not.
