
You gain a point in your Strength score.
Using a set of Smith's Tools on a weapon over the course of a long rest, you can repair or improve the weapon. Repairing a weapon this way costs a quarter of the normal material cost.
You can improve a single weapon, with 10gp's worth of materials, in only one of the following ways;
- Sharpened Blade. The weapon deals an additional 1d4 damage.
- Reinforced Core. The weapon grants 1 additional AC to the creature wielding it.
- Secure Handle. When making attack rolls with the weapon, roll an additional 1d4.
- Magic Coating. The weapon's damage becomes magical.
