You loath to spend money. When you do spend it, you will bargain down to the last copper piece in hopes of saving money, no matter what it is that you are purchasing. You also have a mild belief that everyone is trying to take your money from you, so you will keep it as close as possible at all times.
FLAW. This is a flaw feat. At your DM's discretion, you may take this feat at level 1. If you do, you may also gain a second feat, or increase two of your ability scores by +1 (or one by +2). If you choose to increase any scores, you cannot choose to increase any score affected by the Flaw. You may take an additional flaw feat once every 4 class levels.
