you form brims with magic as a bonus action you can expend any number of hit die to gain spell slots with a total level equal to the number of hit die expend.in addition you can lend your magical energies to others as an action you can expend at least 2  levels of spell slots  all creatures with spell slots within 10ft of you gain spell slots of a total level equal to the total level of spells slots you expended minus 1.
