You flood your enemy's mind with a torrent of apocalyptic visions. When you hit a target with an Eldritch Blast, you can force that target to make a Wisdom saving throw against your Warlock Spell Save DC. On a failure, they are incapacitated and their speed is reduced to 0 until the end of your next turn. Can only apply to one Eldritch Blast.
You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus. You regain all uses upon completion of a short or long rest.
