If you have 25 health or less, as a bonus action, a small light appears in front of you and a small syringe falls from said light. As an action, you can use the syringe and roll a medicine check with a DC of 15. On a success, you instantly gain 50+ health and advantage to CON saves for a minute. 

You can only this three times per long rest.
