You make a Insight check (D20 plus Insight plus class level) to see the true self of all individuals, regardless of spell, magical item, or ability, in a 30 foot radius. DC is equal to the spell, ability or magical items dc modifier plus the individual's constitution modifier. You may ignore this feat after initial sight.
