Dragon Rider's Boon

This boon is sometimes arises in Githyanki with a particular skill and affinity with their dragon steeds.  It is psionic in nature and could conceivably arise in any psionic under the proper circumstances.  

• Increase your Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
• You learn the enhance ability spell and the heroism spell, and can cast heroism as a bonus action.  Both spells have a range of self only, and can be cast psionically without expending a spell slot or using any components.  Once you cast either of these spells in this way, you can’t cast that spell in this way again until you finish long rest.
