Whe you have this feat any creature with a wisdom and intelligence lower than 12 will immediately do as you say. If you wish you can use your awesomeness to have advantage on charisma, athletics, and acrobatics checks. You can also use it to obliterate any creature with 100 hit points or less once per day at level 18, Twice at level 19, and three times at level 20. You gain this as any race at level 18.
