You have undergone extensive physical training to gain the following benefits:
- Increase your Strength or Dexterity score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
- You gain proficiency in the Athletics skill. If you are already proficient in that skill, your proficiency bonus instead is doubled for, any checks you make using that skill.
- Your movement speed increases by 10 feet.
- When you are prone, standing up uses only 5 feet of your movement.
- You can make a running long jump or a running high jump after moving only 5 feet on foot, rather than 10 feet.

If I'm reading this right, you only lose the "Climbing Speed" buff of the standard "Athlete" feat, but you gain both a skill proficiency AND an extra 10ft movement? Which, the extra 10ft of movement means you get an extra 5ft of climbing speed anyway... So you can go from 30ft walking / 15ft climbing to 40ft walking / 20ft climbing, meaning the true comparative cost of this alt-feat is only 10ft of climbing speed (which is fairly situational anyway) in exchange for 10ft of walking speed (which is standard movement) AND proficiency in Athletics?
Seems OP in comparison, should at least lose the "standing from prone" and "long/high jump" buffs... Giving just the STR/DEX increase, proficiency in Athletics, and increased movement speed…
