Prerequisite: Strength 13 or higher.
 
  • Increase your Strength or Constitution by 1

Upon taking this feat you gain 3 Energy Points you may use in combat, these points are regained upon a short rest or long rest. Energy points can be used to perform advanced wrestling techniques. These may all be done as a bonus action.

  • Takedown: To perform a takedown one must spend 1 energy point. You may then take your opponent to the ground, this gives them the prone condition.
  • Headbutt: To perform a headbutt one must spend 1 energy point. You may then deal 1d8 + Strength Modifier in damage.
  • Nerve Strike: To perform a nerve strike one must spend 2 energy points. This attack aims to hit important nerves in a target's neck. The target must make a Constitution saving through, DC= Proficiency bonus + Strength Modifier + 10, or become stunned until it's next turn.
  • Body Slam: To perform a Body slam one must spend 3 energy points. You take the grappled target and slam them against the ground with your full force, this deals 2d10 bludgeoning damage and causes the target to become prone
