Prerequisite: Strength 13 or higher.
- Increase your Strength or Constitution by 1
Upon taking this feat you gain 3 Energy Points you may use in combat, these points are regained upon a short rest or long rest. Energy points can be used to perform advanced wrestling techniques. These may all be done as a bonus action.
- Takedown: To perform a takedown one must spend 1 energy point. You may then take your opponent to the ground, this gives them the prone condition.
- Headbutt: To perform a headbutt one must spend 1 energy point. You may then deal 1d8 + Strength Modifier in damage.
- Nerve Strike: To perform a nerve strike one must spend 2 energy points. This attack aims to hit important nerves in a target's neck. The target must make a Constitution saving through, DC= Proficiency bonus + Strength Modifier + 10, or become stunned until it's next turn.
- Body Slam: To perform a Body slam one must spend 3 energy points. You take the grappled target and slam them against the ground with your full force, this deals 2d10 bludgeoning damage and causes the target to become prone

What if you could also throw the creature away to have them act as a ranged attack.
That is an amazing idea
How about this: As an action you may spend 1 energy point to attempt a strength check to pick up and throw the creature at a chosen target. The DC of said strength check is equal to the creatures weight divided by 6, but that's assuming you and the creature are in the same size class, for every size class bigger the creature is than you, the DC increases by 3, and vice versa for if the creature is smaller, which would decrease it by 3 for each size it's smaller than you. If the check is failed, you fail to pick them up and they may attempt a strength saving throw to break free of the grapple, but if you succeed, you hoist the creature overhead and chuck it at your target. This will act as a ranged attack with an effective range of 10 times your strength modifier, and a max range of 50 times your strength modifier. The to hit number is 1D20 + STR modifier + proficiency bonus, and the damage dealt to the target is equal to 1D10 damage + the creatures weight divided by 12 +/-3 for each size category its bigger/smaller than the target + your STR modifier. Then once the attack is done, the creature must succeed on an acrobatics check or they'll take 1D6 damage upon hitting the floor and be knocked prone until the start of their next turn.
