Menacing Angel: During your transformation, you gain advantage on Charisma checks
Burning Soul: During your transformation, you can deal half your level in damage rounded up, to any creature you hit with a weapon attack, rather than only on a single attack with your level in damage. the damage type is radiant for Protector and Scourge, necrotic for Fallen 

Choose One:
Holy Hands: During your transformation your attacks count as magical
Instinctive Radiance: You gain the ability to transform as a bonus action rather than an action
Alluring Awe: While transformed, Ranged attacks have disadvantage on allies within 10 feet of you. Ranged attacks have advantage on you.

Choose One:
Perceptive Angel: During transformation, you have advantage on perception checks
Powerful Angel: During transformation, you have advantage on strength checks 
Imposing Angel: At the start of your transformation, you gain a 1d6 bardic inspiration. If not used before transformation ends the inspiration is wasted.
