Increase your Charisma score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
You gain proficiency in the Deception, Intimidation, Performance, Persuasion skills.
You know what to say when to say it, and how to say it at the right time. When you attempt a Charisma ability check with either of the skills (Deception, Intimidation, Performance, or Persuasion) you have advantage on the skill check.

This is too powerful for a feat. It's a half-feat that grants +1 cha, 4 expertises and permanent advantage.
Skill expert is also a half-feat, but it does not grant advantage, and only grants 1 proficiency and 1 expertise.
The skilled feat grants 3 proficiencies. but does not give advantage, expertise or a charisma bonus
