Your deep-seeded hate for the Drow has led you to intrinsically understand what makes them powerful foes. You have honed in on their Fey Ancestry as the source of their power and their weakness... and you know precisely how to deal with it.
Every time you sleep you are wracked with nightmares about your parent's murder and your near-abduction at the hands of the Drow - those who would abuse the privilege of their Fey Ancestry. As you sleep you subconsciously pour this hatred and the will to exterminate all those who abuse Fey Ancestry into every arrow and bolt in your quivers. They will not escape your wrath. They will pay Nature's Justice.
When targeting any creature with Fey traits you find the weak spots, know where they'll move, know how to hurt them. You gain +6 to all ranged attack rolls against Fey, your Crit range is 18-20, when rolling a natural 20 you may add 2 additional damage die or twin the arrow mid-flight to hit one of their allies within 15 feet. (Choose either when hit die is rolled but before damage.)
