Animal Tammer

Prerequisite: Animal Handling.

When you take this feat, your Wisdom ability score is increased by 1.

This feat allows you to attempt to tame a beast or animal over the course of a long rest. You can attempt to tame a creature that is not currently hostile towards you by making an animal handling check. The DC of this check is 10 + the CR of the creature. 

If the result of the check is five or more fewer than the DC the creature becomes immediately hostile to the character attempting to tame it. If the check is otherwise below the DC the creature is indifferent to you and cannot be attempted to tame until you finish another long rest. If the check succeeds by fewer than five the creature is temporarily tamed by the character until they finish a long rest. If the check succeeds by five or more the creature is permanently bonded to the player until the player acts in a way that may break that bond.
