Animal Trainer

Prerequisite: Feat: Animal Tammer

When you take this feat you Wisdom ability score is increased by one.

This feat allows you to attempt to train a creature you have tamed as per the animal tammer feat.

Over the course of a week you can attempt to train a creature you have tamed. This includes an animal handling check at the beginning of each day, the average result over the course of the week must be above the DC of the creature you are attempting to train. The DC of a creature is 10 + the CR of the creature.

A trained creature gains your proficiency modifer and combat initiative. As a bonus action you can command the creature to take an action on its stat block an to move as part of that action. Otherwise the creature takes the dodge action. The creature also gains hit dice whenever you do.

You can also use this feat to create custom actions for the creature to take at you GMs discretion. You must succeed at a new training attempt for every custom action you wish to teach the creature.
