Werewolf Template Image

This is a Template that can be applied to any race. It is a feat for ease of use and application. Please discuss with your DM to use and add it via "manage feats" in the character sheet. 

Per the Basic Rules: 

A character who becomes a lycanthrope retains his or her statistics except as specified by lycanthrope type. The character gains the lycanthrope’s speeds in nonhumanoid form, damage immunities, traits, and actions that don’t involve equipment. The character is proficient with the lycanthrope’s natural attacks, such as its bite or claws, which deal damage as shown in the lycanthrope’s statistics. The character can’t speak while in animal form.

A non-lycanthrope humanoid hit by an attack that carries the curse of lycanthropy must succeed on a Constitution saving throw (DC 8 + the lycanthrope’s proficiency bonus + the lycanthrope’s Constitution modifier) or be cursed.

You retain all your statistics except as noted below:

Senses.  You gain advantage on Wisdom(perception) checks that rely on hearing or smell.

Immunity. You are immune to bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage from weapons that aren't silvered. 

Shapechanger.  You can use an action to magically transform into a wolf-humanoid hybrid or into a wolf, or back into your true form, which is humanoid. your statistics, other than AC, are the same in each form. Any equipment you are wearing or carrying isn't transformed. You revert to your true form if you die.

Multiattack.  You can use your natural weapons to replace an attack on your turn. If you have more than one attack when you take the attack action, your natural weapons can replace any or all of them. 

Bite (Wolf or Hybrid Form Only). You grow fangs as natural weapons that you can use to make a melee weapon attack. This attack uses strength for attack and damage bonus and deals 1d6 deal piercing damage. If the target is a humanoid, it must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or be cursed with werewolf lycanthropy. The DC for the Saving throw equals 8+your proficiciency bonus+your Constitution modifier. 

Claws. (Hybrid Form Only).  In hybrid form, you grow natural weapons claws that can be used to make a melee weapon attack. The attack uses strength for attack and damage bonus and deals 2d4 slashing damage on a hit. 

Natural Armor . You gain +1 to your armor class.

Speed. Your gain a 10' bonus to your base speed in wolf or hybrid form. 

Darkvision. You gain darkvision 60'. if you already have darkvision from another source, you can add 60' to your current range.
