Arcane Anonymity

Your arcane studies have allowed you to cast spells without every requirement. 

• You gain proficiency in the Sleight of Hand skill if you don't have it already.
• You gain the mage hand cantrip if you don't have it already.
• You can ignore the verbal component of spells that are at half your caster level (rounded down) or lower. For instance, a 6th level wizard can ignore the verbal component of a 3rd level spell, but a 4th level wizard cannot. Additionally, you can cast spells in this nature through your mage hand cantrip, but only if the hand is within 15 feet of the caster. If a concentration or a ritually-cast spell is cast through the mage hand, the mage hand disappears. When a spell is cast through the mage hand, it is silent, but the target can still discern the direction of the spell.
• You can choose to substitute your spell attack modifier for your Sleight of Hand skill modifier whenever you use a ranged spell that requires a spell attack roll through your mage hand cantrip.
