Due to the traumatic experience of being drenched in the blood of a familiar dragon, in certain situations at the DM's discretion you may be considered a dragon. Your form, stats, and other features and mannerisms do not change. But when you are considered a dragon, certain creatures will be able to sense dragon magic on you, some will be able to smell the dragon's blood in you.
