You grew up the eldest noble, and with it the tutelage that accompanies it. If you are aware of a rumor, an alias, or other similar information that exists in a settlement that you're currently in, you can spend 8 hours of time and 50 gold pieces to ascertain the name, source or other similar information about the thing you are investigating. If the settlement you're in is not welcoming to humans, you may be required to make an ability check for this feature to work. The time and gold is wasted if you fail this check.
Whenever you make an Wisdom (insight) check related to individuals who may be withholding government secrets, you add double your proficiency bonus to the check, instead of your normal proficiency bonus.
