Hemomancer

Your arcane power taps into the self-destructive and masochistic, in order to further grant you magic. You gain the following benefits

• Increase your Constitution or Intelligence score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
• You can cast a spell without expending a spell slot, but immediately after you do so, you gain a number of levels of exhaustion equal to half the spell level, rounded up.
• When you cast a cantrip, you can expend one hit die to add a roll of your hit die to either the cantrip's spell attack roll, or damage roll.
