Through training, your ability to assess a battlefield and find the best use of a spell at the drop of a dime, has improved exponentially. You gain the following:

• Advantage on initiative rolls.
• If you target a creature(s) with a spell that requires an attack roll or saving throw, and that creature has not yet taken a turn in combat. You have advantage on the attack roll, or the target creature(s) have disadvantage on the saving throw, respectively.
