Your ranged spell attack rolls now crit on 19 as well as 20.

When you crit, roll add an additional die of the damage type.

When a creature you can see damages you, you can use your reaction to make an attack with a ranged spell against that creature, with an advantage on your ranged spell attack roll if you need to roll.
