if a obstruction is smaller than your base height, you can jump over it, however, you must be at maximum running speed to do so.

Posted Dec 19, 2018Considering most people would be around 6 feet tall, having objects only smaller get the advantage is already possible as long as you have a +3 modifier, and you dont even have to run. The normal standing jump rules for height are 3 + strength modifier.
