You have taken apart an artifact and studied the parts within it. You now understand the magic behind magical items
(You can now cast the Identify spell at will without losing a spell slot on magical items of Uncommon rarity or lower, every time you destroy an artifact and study it this rarity increases by one until it gets to Artifact level. You receive a truthful answer, even if the Identify spell is supposed to detect something different. The Identify spell doesn't count as magical for means of anti-magic fields and other things like that. The feat is auto earned whenever you take an artifact apart)
